Dataset for data assimilation of cerebral intra-aneurysmal flows

The dataset contains numerical results of data assimilation of cerebral intra-aneurysmal flows to replicate results in the paper (Ichimura et al., A practical strategy for data assimilation of cerebral intra-aneurysmal flows using a variational method with boundary control of velocity, Comput Methods Programs Biomed, 2025, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cmpb.2025.108861). Data formats (vtp, vtk, vti) are for visualization in ParaView (Kitware Inc, New York, USA), and the formats (dat) are used to make graphs (e.g., Bland-Altman analysis).
