This dataset contains the supplementary materials associated with the manuscript titled 'A key public health insecticide, chlorfenapyr, prevents development and transmission of malaria parasites'.The files include:Supplementary Table 1: LC-MS was used to determine the amount of tralopyril rinsed per mosquito, following topical exposure of lethal concentrations 30% (31 µM) ,50% (44 µM) and 70% (63 µM). 20 mosquitoes were exposed per concentration and time point. Phenotype dead/alive is listed and amount of tralopyril (ng) was quantified per mosquito by mass spectrometry is shown. Purple intensity corresponds to the higher number of dead within the group.Supplementary Table 2: Pairwise Z-tests on x0 (concentration or tralopyril at maximum slope) from non-linear regression dose-response analysis at all conditions. Z= test statistic, p-value adjusted for multiple comparisons.Supplementary Table 3: Linear regression of motility vs log₁₀(tralopyril concentration) at 0, 15, and 60 mins. Intercept and slope estimates are shown with standard errors and p-values.
