Exclusion factors for the application of sewage sludge (KLZ_BS)

Using the soil estimation data, large-scale, soil-based information is provided on the suitability of areas for sewage sludge application on the basis of legislative requirements. The soil estimate is available for the entire utilised agricultural area. Within the meaning of § 4 (5) Sludge Ordinance, no ground-based principles that go beyond the soil estimation data are required. All soil parameters used to exclude areas under Section 4 of the Sludge Ordinance and the corresponding regulations of the Land of Saxony-Anhalt are included in the class signs or gravehole descriptions of the soil estimate. Updating of the data may be necessary with regard to the current land use (permanent grassland) and protected areas by the competent regional authorities. For the data set, the number of exclusion factors preventing the application of sewage sludge are determined methodically. 0 to 4 exclusion factors are tolerated. The dataset refers to a state of the soil estimate/ALKIS data of 23.09.2010.
