We have performed gene expression analyses as part of a European multicentre study on MPNST. The data was used for transcriptomic subtyping, gene set enrichment analyses and integration with DNA copy number data. Overall design: This series consists of tissue samples from 64 MPNSTs and 15 neurofibromas analyzed on Affymetrix Human Transcriptome 2.0 Arrays.
