We have established the largest imaging cohort to date for medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), which is also the first cohort based on contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT). This cohort includes 471 patients from two high-volume centers. The dataset was curated to quantify imaging intratumor heterogeneity, designated as the HeteroMTCindex, which demonstrates high clinical value. Baseline clinical data were also provided.
