Development of a Nomogram for Predicting Duloxetine Plasma Concentrations Exceeding the Laboratory Alert Threshold: A Retrospective Cohort Study

The dataset was derived from a retrospective cohort study aimed at developing and validating a nomogram model for predicting supratherapeutic duloxetine plasma concentrations (>240 ng/mL, the laboratory alert threshold). The data were collected from patients diagnosed with depressive episodes who were hospitalized in the Psychiatry Department of The First Hospital of Hebei Medical University between January 2022 and July 2025.
