Expression profiles of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) cell lines with depletion or inhbiiton of cBAF complex [RNA-seq]

From comparative transcriptome analysis using RNA-seq of the cells with cBAF-targeting gRNA or inhibitor, we identified the genes regulated by cBAF complex in T-ALL cell lines Overall design: For gene depletion, Cas9-expressing cells were lentivirally transduced with gRNA and selected with puromycin for 4 days. RNA was isolated from the knockout cells on day 10 after gRNA transduction. For inhibitor treatment, RNA was isolated from the cells treated with 1 uM BRM014 for 6 hours.
