genome-wide characterization of 298 F-box family proteins were performed based on reference genome of <i>C. clementina</i>,<i> </i>which supported perspectives for identification the S-locus <i>F-box</i> lineage genes. Thirteen <i>F-box</i> genes homologous with SFBB/SLFL/SLF were specifically expressed in mature pollen of ‘Wuzishatangju’(<i>Citrus reticulata</i>). CrSKP1-e could connect CrFBX proteins and two CrCUL1 proteins (CrCUL1A and CrCUL1B) for assembling SCF<sup> </sup>complex in pollen of ‘Wuzishatangju’.
