Data related to "40 Hz sensory stimulation enhances CA3-CA1 coordination and prospective coding during navigation in a mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease", Paulson et al. 2025. This dataset consists of single-unit spiking and LFP recorded from hippocampal CA1 and CA3 of 5XFAD mice performing a goal-directed spatial navigation task in virtual reality.
