tab-separated files containing study data: <br> demographic_data.txt = demographics for participants. Col(1) = COVID status, col(2) = age, col(3) = sex, col(4) = years of education <br> symptom_indiv_data.txt = assessment of individual symptoms for participants, where 0=absent, 1=ongoing, 2=recovered. Col(1) = fever, col(2) = cough, col(3) = sore throat , col(4) = short of breath, col(5) = excess fatigue, col(6) = gastrointestinal issues, col(7) = problems with smell/taste, col(8) = headache. <br> symptom_total_data.txt = total symptom counts for participants (including "other"). Col(1) = ongoing and recovered, col(2) = ongoing only, col(3) = recovered only. <br> outlier_data.txt = binary list identifying subjects with excess head motion, based on both RMS displacement and BOLD signal variability. <br> connectivity_data.txt = mean z-transformed connectivity values for participants. Col(1) = from network identified in group comparison, col(2) = from network identified in correlation with symptoms.
