Dataset for the AIWGM-AZ Model: Water Governance Indicators for Azerbaijan (2000–2023)

This dataset supports the article “The AIWGM-AZ Model: Integrating Hydrology, Governance, and Climate Scenarios for Sustainable Water Management in Azerbaijan.” The dataset includes national water governance indicators for Azerbaijan covering the period 2000–2023. Variables include total water abstraction, water use, reuse indicators, conveyance losses, and SDG-related water efficiency metrics used for the AIWGM-AZ scenario-based modeling framework. The dataset is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and further application of the model in academic research and water governance studies.
