RNA transcriptome sequencing analysis of aortic tissue from Healthy donate and Aortic dissection

The mechanisms of acute aortic dissection are not well understood. The transcriptomic strategy has been proven to be an effective way to find the potential mechanisms and reliable biomarkers for a specific disease. To further clarify whether there are transcriptional differences in the tear site and in the corresponding full-layer of the aorta. RNA transcriptome sequencing analysis was performed on aortic tissues from 3 male patients with acute aortic dissection (matched for tear and whole-layer aorta) and 3 male healthy controls.
