Transcriptome sequencing of the mouse renal tubular epithelial cell population isolated from kidneys in severe AKI models

The mouse renal tubular epithelial cell (mRTEC) population (AQP-1+ RTECs) was isolated from kidneys of 8-week-old mice in severe AKI models, seven days after induction. We used FACS sorting to isolate mRTECs from severe AKI models for subsequent bulk RNA sequencing. To observe the effects of lactylation enhancers and inhibitors on AKI-CKD transition, differential gene comparison and functional enrichment analysis were conducted between the ischemia/reperfusion (I/R)+Rotone vs. I/R groups and the I/R+oxamate vs. I/R groups.
