ZFP36L1 is suppressed in ASCL1-positive lung adenocarcinoma and represses tumorigenic function

To investigate the function of ZFP36L1 in ASCL1-positive lung adenocarcinoma, we established VMRC-LCD cell line in which the target gene has been overexpressed by plasmid vector. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cells. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for VMRC-LCD cell and its OE derivatives (OE_ZFP36L1).
