Nup54-mEGFP 494 with the mEGFP at the carboxyl terminus of the coiled-coiled domain (Amino Acid: 494). Each subsequent deletion of a single amino acid changes the p:s ratio.
Cells were maintained in complete media (CM) or starved for 24 hours in HBSS prior to imaging. The p:s ratios and representative images are presented for: Nup58-mEGFP(-8).
