Dataset for "Biofilm Growth in Porous Media A Radial-Flow Microfluidic Study"

This dataset contains the experimental data and Python scripts used in the study “Biofilm Growth in Porous Media: A Radial-Flow Microfluidic Study” (Chen et al., being submitted to Water Resources Research). It includes inlet pressure time series, permeability calculations, and processed image data for biofilm growth in a radial-flow microfluidic porous chip over flow rates from 0.01 to 9 µL/min. Image subsets and porosity analyses are provided for different flow regimes and stages of clogging–unclogging, together with scripts to reproduce the main figures in the manuscript.
