This dataset contains UV absorbance and fluorescence emission scan data acquired as part of the PERSEUS project. Measurements were performed on several Nanosystem (NS) batches using a Tecan Infinite 200Pro plate reader. Fluorescence scans were conducted with excitation at 425 nm and emission recorded from 500 to 850 nm in 5 nm steps. UV absorbance spectra were collected from 230 to 1000 nm in 10 nm steps.
