Proteomic analysis of Limnobacter thiooxidans CS-K2 exposed to different doses of radiation

Limnobacter thiooxidans CS-K2 was exposed to different doses of ionizing radiation (0, 0.52, and 1.1 kGy) with three biological replicates for each condition (n = 3). Proteins were subsequently extracted from the irradiated cells and subjected to data-independent acquisition (DIA)-based quantitative proteomic analysis to investigate dose-dependent protein expression changes.
