This dataset contains de-identified physical fitness test scores and dormitory assignment records from 4,157 Chinese undergraduate students tracked across four academic years (2021–2025). Data are provided to support the study “Dormitory Peer Effects on Physical Fitness Decline in Chinese Undergraduates: A Dual-Cohort Longitudinal Study with Hierarchical Linear Modeling.” Individual-level identifiers have been removed to protect participant privacy.
