The super dominant pathobiontic bacteria in nasopharyngeal microbiota of influenza virus patients and secondary infection

The pandemic of influenza in 2017-2018 flu season in northern China is moreferocious than previous years. Secondary bacterial infection is a major cause of the severity and mortality in influenza virus infection. As nasopharyngeal microbiota may play a critical role in the genesis and clinical expression of influenza virus infection, weanalyzed the relationship between the nasopharyngeal microbiota change,secondary bacterial infection and clinical features by a case-controlstudy.
