Analysis scripts and derived data: Seasonal Photoperiod Reveals an Adaptive Recovery Window Across Multiple Wellness Domains in Elite Women's Football

## Study Description This repository contains the analysis pipeline and derived data for a secondary analysis of the publicly available SoccerMon dataset (Midoglu et al., 2022; doi: 10.5281/zenodo.10033832), examining the association between seasonal photoperiod and Recovery Latency (RL_real) across seven daily wellness domains in 50 elite women's football players monitored over two complete competitive seasons (2020–2021) at 59.9°N. Key findings:- U-shaped association between photoperiod and RL_real in 7/7 domains- Adaptive Recovery Window identified at ~13–14 h of daily light- Internal meta-analysis: β_RE = 0.0058, I² = 0%- Sensitivity analysis: 18/18 significant, vertex 13.22 ± 0.29h (CV=2.2%)- Shared residual structure: PC1 = 44.4%, loadings 0.349–0.395
