本数据集面向本项目关键技术1：矿物加工流程时序分析与处理技术的研究。数据集主要针对项目示范单位山东黄金三山岛金矿新立选矿厂关键设备及流程，收集了用于本关键技术研究的原始数据，以及为了完成特定技术目标而进行的对于原始数据的分析数据。 其中，（1）时序数据对整数据。原始数据采集自示范现场DCS，数据主要由流量数据组成，包括了旋流器溢流流量、二扫溢流流量、粗一低流流量、粗二低流流量、粗三低流流量、中矿泵池流量、北排矿管流量、尾矿渣浆泵出口流量。数据量约100MB，格式为.csv，用于支撑浮选全流程时序对整研究。 （2）时序数据趋势分析数据。采集自示范现场DCS，由破碎流程辊磨机定辊、动辊电机电流时序数据与趋势分析结果组成，数据格式为.csv，数据量约490KB，该组数据支撑时序数据趋势分析技术研究。 （3）矿物加工流程大数据处理系统数据。内容为该系统数据库所设计的表、字段信息，数据格式为.xlsx，数据量约22KB，该组数据支撑大数据处理系统研究与实现。
This dataset is developed for the research of Key Technology 1 of this project: Timing Analysis and Processing Technology for Mineral Processing Processes. This dataset focuses on the key equipment and processes of Xinli Concentrator, Sanshandao Gold Mine, Shandong Gold, which is the project's demonstration unit. It collects raw data used for the research of this key technology, as well as analyzed data generated from the raw data to achieve specific technical objectives. (1) Time-series data alignment datasets. The raw data is collected from the DCS of the demonstration site, mainly consisting of flow rate data, including cyclone overflow flow rate, second scavenger overflow flow rate, first roughing stage low flow rate, second roughing stage low flow rate, third roughing stage low flow rate, middlings pump sump flow rate, north ore discharge pipe flow rate, and tailings slurry pump outlet flow rate. The dataset has a size of approximately 100 MB in .csv format, which supports the research on full-flotation process time-series data alignment. (2) Time-series data trend analysis datasets. Collected from the DCS of the demonstration site, this dataset consists of time-series current data and trend analysis results of the fixed roll and movable roll motors of the roller mill in the crushing process. It is in .csv format with a size of approximately 490 KB, and supports the research on time-series data trend analysis technology. (3) Big data processing system data for mineral processing processes. The content includes the table and field information designed for the system's database, with a format of .xlsx and a size of approximately 22 KB. This dataset supports the research and implementation of the big data processing system.
