Replication material for "Three case studies of policy interventions in grassland-based production systems in Europe – An ex-ante analysis using econometric mathematical programming"
收藏资源简介:
The zip-file contains a folder with the replication material for the paper "Three case studies of policy interventions in grassland-based production systems in Europe – An ex-ante analysis using econometric mathematical programming", published in "Agricultural Systems" (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.agsy.2026.104819) The shared code/files are in the folder "code". Region specific code and data is included in the respective folders. The code was written and executed using GAMS Version 46.2.0, CONOPT Version 4.33 and R Version 4.3.1 under Windows 11. Still, the code is supposed to also run under UNIX-type operating systems (requiring different paths for calling R from the GAMS-scripts) Before running the models, the following paths need to be set/updated by the user: * set the path to the R binary in the last section of the regional gms-files (starting around line 500, depending on the model)* potentially the paths to the pandoc binary in 'run_pdf.R' and 'run_html.R' need to be updated. The estimation code (files) is a prelimnary version of the code described in Schaak et al. (2025) Note that for simplicity, the alternative scenario for the Romanian CSR can be run by commenting out line 283 in the file "Model_Romania.gms". The text in the report files The material is supposed to replicate the results presented in the manuscript. Hence, the included code (and data files) are a reduced form of the template code by Schaak et al. (n.d). Not all options described in the code (and in Schaak et al.) are fully functional. Hence this code cannot be used for new applications. ## References Schaak, H., Kantelhardt, J., Schaller, L., n.d.
