This repository contains a spreadsheet (in Microsoft Excel format) consisting of five sheets.
ST1. Per-month contains local-area statistics for estimation of per-month volunteering rates
ST2. Per-year contains local-area statistics for estimation of per-year volunteering rates
ST3. Univariate_associations contains outcomes of association tests for various predictors with volunteering rates.
ST4. Coefficient_associations contains details of L1-penalised regression models for volunteering status used for imputation
ST5. Local_area_calibration contains an assessment of calibration of predictive models used for imputation.
