Supply of plumbing and watering equipment in 3 lots over 4 years

The contract consists of the purchase of plumbing and watering equipment for the city of Brignoles. This is a framework agreement for supplies with multi-awarded order forms, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount, awarded for one year, renewable three times by express means for the same period. The overall maximum duration of the contract is 48 months. The framework agreement with order forms shall be concluded in accordance with the provisions laid down in Articles R.2162.4 R.2162.5 - R2162.6 - R2162.13 - R 2162.14 of the Public Order Code. The three lots of the framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of two holders per lot, subject to a sufficient number of applications and tenders. Order forms will be awarded without negotiation or reopening of competition by the holders in accordance with the ‘turn-around’ rule (see details in the consultation documents). The maximum annual amount of orders is set as follows: Lot 1: Ceramic-Robinetterie-Vannes and other faucets: 20 000 € H.T. or 80 000 € H.T. over 4 years Lot 2: PVC-Polyethylene: 7000 € H.T. or 28 000 € H.T. over 4 years Lot 3: Watering: 8 000 € H.T. or 32 000 € H.T. over 4 years The maximum total amount of orders for the three lots is therefore set at €140,000 over four years. As an indication, the average annual expenditure over the last three years is approximately: Lot 1: Ceramic-Robinetterie-Vannes and other faucets:9 000 € excl. tax Lot 2: PVC-Polyethylene:4,000 € H.T. Lot 3: Watering: 3 000 € H.T. Acquisitions of several watering systems are planned for the coming years to replace the existing ones that are ageing.
