Liver transcriptome of juvenile Pelodiscus sinensis fed with different dietary lipids (fish oil, linseed oil, soybean oil)

This dataset contains the raw RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data from the liver tissues of juvenile Chinese soft-shelled turtles (Pelodiscus sinensis). The turtles were subjected to an 8-week feeding trial with three different dietary lipid sources: fish oil (FO, control), linseed oil (LO), and soybean oil (SO). The cDNA libraries were sequenced using a paired-end 150 bp (PE150) strategy. The dataset includes 3 biological replicates for each dietary group, totaling 9 samples in .fq.gz format.
