Strand-Specific Transcriptome Sequencing of Brassica oleracea Infected with Plasmodiophora brassicae

In Brassica oleracea, the interaction between lncRNAs and Plasmodiophora brassicae(P. brassicae) has been rarely reported. To investigate the role of lncRNAs in defense response induced by P. brassicae infection and their regulatory network, we performed strand-specific RNA-seq on the resistant variety Wengan12 and the susceptible variety Z5 at 14 days post-inoculation.
