capsis -p script safe.pgms.ScriptVerif C:/Projects/capsis4/data/safe/simSettings/ERL/agroforestry.sim capsis –p script safe.pgms.ScriptGen C:/Projects/capsis4/data/safe/simSettings/ERL/agroforestry.sim This dataset provides all input data, configuration files, and processing scripts supporting the study “Towards a Comprehensive Decision Support System for Agroforestry Systems.” The materials include sensor-based microclimate measurements, Hi-sAFe simulation configurations, and R scripts used for preprocessing, gap-filling, and hybrid Hi-sAFe–ML integration. The repository ensures full transparency and reproducibility of the analyzes presented in the manuscript. LSTM-based model was developed to predict microclimate conditions using only macroclimate data , specifically tailored for agroforestry environments . It enables microclimate simulation where direct sensor measurements are unavailable and serves as a critical component in the hybrid Hi-sAFe + ML framework presented in our Environmental Research Letters (ERL) publication (git@github.com:DrAhmedKheir/Developping-Microclimate-Model.git).
