This experiment compares the transcriptomes of B. amyloliquefaciens FZB42 cells in biofilm formation and in planktonic cells focusing on transcripts that were most affected in their transcription. The aim of the experiment was determination of the highest expressed genes in both cultures using RPKM values and comparison of relative transcription rates using DeSeq analysis.
