xCGE-LIF profiling of glycosphingolipids in bladder cancer samples

This dataset contains xCGE-LIF glycosphingolipid profiling data from bladder cancer patient samples. The Excel file includes sample-level metadata for tissue and urine cohorts, such as tumor type, stage, grade, gender, and age, raw migration time data from xCGE-LIF analysis, and an overview of calculated relative signal intensities. The data support the identification and evaluation of nLc4 as a diagnostic biomarker in bladder cancer, as described in the associated manuscript. Sample types include bladder tumor tissue and urinary extracellular vesicles collected from patients diagnosed with bladder cancer and controls.
