Experimental evolution of a bacterial strain with a sub-optimal tRNA gene set (single-copy tRNA gene serCGA deleted)

The single-copy serCGA gene was removed from Pseudomonas fluorescens SBW25 by scar-free genetic engineering. This deletion genotype was evolved to compensate the resulting fitness drop in rich medium (King's Medium B). Here, we provide the NGS data for re-sequencing of these evolved genomes. There are seven genome sequences from Day 13 (approx. 90 generations) of the evolution experiment: two isolates from independent wild type Lineages, and five isolates from four independent deletion Lineages.
