iWT-KRAS-MIA PaCa-2 cells were treated with doxcycline and compared to untreated control. The PaCa-2 line, which harbors a G12C mutation in KRAS, has lost its WT KRAS allele with amplification of the mutant allele.These cells express WT KRAS mRNA and protein upon induction with doxcycline in a dose-dependent manner. Overall design: Gene expression of iWT-KRAS-MIA -PaCa-2, a modification of the PaCa-2 a human pancreatic cell line which expresses extra WT-KRAS upon induction with doxycycline.
