Data and code from "Plant and animal functional diversity drive mutualistic network assembly across an elevational gradient"

This package contains data of mutualistic bird–fruit, bird–flower and insect–flower interaction networks and associated functional traits that have been sampled along a 3.5 km elevational gradient of near-natural and anthropogenic habitat on the southern slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro.<br>Along with the raw data we provide R code to reproduce the analysis from the paper. For details about how to run the R code please have a look at the README file in the package. For details about the methods (e.g., field sampling, trait measurements or background of particular analyses) we refer to the original publication.<br>Due to the Data and Publication Policy of the Research Unit FOR1246, the figshare data are embargoed for public release until 1 January 2020. Until the embargo date for public release the data are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.<br>
