Camponotus vicinus Genomic Resources

This is a common carpenter ant whose workers are characterized by: medium to dark brown coloration, often with contrastingly lighter yellow- or reddish-brown mesosoma and petiole; scape base flattened but not laterally expanded; and moderately dense pubescence on the dorsum of the gaster. These data have been produced as part of the CCGP. Sequencing was conducted with HiFi Pacific Biosciences long reads at UCDavis Genome Core, Dovetail's OmniC libraries, and Illumina sequencing at UCBerkeley QB3 Genomics Core.
