资源简介:
This project aimed to prospect the biotechnological applications of microorganismsfrom diverse environments as marine-derived filamentous fungi from the Brazilian coast and bacteria derived from the petroleum reservoir. Those microorganisms singlyshowed the capacity to degrade environment pollutant as PAHs, textile dyes, as well asto produce ligninolytic enzymes capable to degrade xenobiotics and also theproduction of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS). Thus a microbial consortiumwas structured combining two Brazilian marine-derived filamentous fungi (Marasmiellus sp. CBMAI 1062 and Mucor racemosus CBMAI 847) and two bacteria from petroleum reservoir (Bacillus subtilis CBMAI 707 and Dietzia maris CBMAI 705) to research the synergic potential of the microorganisms in the degradation of Remazol Brilliant Blue R (RBBR) textile dye a harmful pollutant considered a worldwide environment concern. In this work were applied adsorption studies, degradation analyses of the RBBR, metabolites screening through Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) approach, also metatranscriptomic analysis to have an overview of the enzymes involved in the degradation bioprocess.
