投标文档智能应用工具通过光学字符识别（OCR）、自然语言处理（NLP）及文档智能抽取等技术，智能识别并提取投标文件中的文本、关键指标、表格等内容，并基于深度学习的知识库迭代自增式扩展算法进行知识点提取，利用层次模块化知识库模型、开放式结构知识库模型、迁移机构知识库模型、智能化检索知识库模型构建企业投标文件知识库，便于用户对系统内的各类投标文件进行快速查询检索，及时获取相关数据信息。

Intelligent Application Tool for Tender Documents adopts technologies such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and document intelligent extraction, which can intelligently identify and extract text, key indicators, tables and other content from tender documents. It extracts knowledge points via an iterative self-expanding knowledge base algorithm based on deep learning, and builds an enterprise tender document knowledge base by leveraging hierarchical modular knowledge base model, open-structure knowledge base model, migrated institutional knowledge base model and intelligent retrieval knowledge base model, so as to enable users to quickly query and retrieve various tender documents in the system and obtain relevant data and information in a timely manner.
