Supplementary Materials for: The Chagas Antigen and Epitope Atlas

The Chagas Antigen and Epitope Atlas contains experimentally-derived information on the antigenicity of Trypanosoma cruzi peptides. Antigenicity was measured on peptide arrays assayed with serum samples from Chagas disease subjects and matched negative controls. High-density peptide arrays with custom designs were to display peptides derived from two complete T. cruzi proteomes. Sampling of subjects from diverse human populations complements the antigenicity information of proteins and peptides with seroprevalence information across the Americas.
