Dataset and code of root traits from BTNR

These files contain the compiled dataset and analysis of root traits of 33 species from Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, Singapore. Accompanying the excel sheet is the R code used to produce the analysis in the manuscript Lee et al., (2025), along with the 3 phylogenetic tree files (.tre) supporting the phylogenetic analysis within the code. All code and datasets will be made public following publication of this study.
