Landscape in the gallbladder mycobiome. human gut metagenome

This study aims to characterize the gallbladder mycobiome profiles and its interactions with bacteriome in gallstone disease. There were 68 bile and gallstone samples (33 paired for mycobiome) obtained from calculi patients with chronic cholecystitis. Bile and gallstone mycobiome were profiled by ITS rRNA genes sequencing.
