To investigate the functional significance of STIM1::MXD3, we overexpressed the fusion gene in K562 myeloid leukemia cells and analysed global gene expression changes using RNA-seq. Differential gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for K562 cells expressing STIM1::MXD3, wild-type MXD3 and the empty vector control.
