Vd1pos NKp46pos IELs and Vd1pos NKp46neg IELs were FACS isolated to perform an RNA-based high-throughput analysis of T-cell receptor repertoires. For this, PCR amplicons of the CDR3 regions of the g-chain (TRG) or d-chain (TRD) were subjected to Illumina MiSeq analysis.
