资源简介:
Rhizoctonia solani is kind of soil-borne fungi with a wide range of hosts. At present, no rice varieties with high resistance or immunity to it have been found. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the pathogenic mechanism of R. solani in depth for the prevention and control of rice sheath blight. Rice sheath blight is becoming more and more serious in the rice area of Heilongjiang Province of China, and the main pathogens include R. solani AG 1-IA and AG 5. And the transcriptome of AG 1-IA and AG 5 infected different hosts was analyzed by RNA-seq, and the key molecules and pathogenic genes in the interaction between R. solani and different hosts were excavated. From the perspective of gene transcriptome, the differences in pathogenicity and host selectivity between AG1-IA and AG5 were explored.
