16srDNA sequencing to indentify the effect of rifaximin on gut microbiota in MCD-induced NASH model

We hypothesized that the effects of rifaximin on NASH was via regulating the composition of gut microbiota. To test this, we collected the flora samples from control group, MCD group, rifaximin prevented group and rifaximin treated group. And the 16srDNA sequencing was ferformed in this 21 samples. 6 in control group, 6 in MCD group, 6 in rifaximin prevented group and 3 in rifaximin treated group.
