Each cell gives the difference as a percentage of all residues in the secondary structure type. E.g., 40.3% of non-pre-Pro Coil residues are in a P conformation, while 45.2% (40.3+4.9) of non-pre-Pro Coil residues with Ile as right neighbor are in a P conformation.
