Dataset - Compositional and structural impact on the hydrogen evolution reaction activity across noble-metal-based compositionally complex solid solutions thin film libraries.
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains compositional, X-ray diffraction, and electrochemical data for three noble-metal thin-film materials libraries—Ir-Pd-Pt-Rh-Ru, Ag-Au-Pd-Pt-Ru, and Ag-Au-Cu-Pd-Pt—used in the study “Compositional and structural impact on the hydrogen evolution reaction activity across noble-metal-based compositionally complex solid solutions thin film libraries”. Each library is divided into 342 measurement areas. The dataset includes: Volume compositions (at.%) acquired via energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX); Surface compositions (at.%) acquired via X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), including ground-truth (experimentally measured) and Gaussian-process regression assets providing library-wide predicted surface compositions (at.%); X-ray diffraction (XRD) 1D diffractograms (background subtracted) for all studied compositions; Current density at −0.2 V vs. RHE acquired via scanning electrochemical cell microscopy (SECCM) in 0.1 M HClO₄ + 0.1 M LiClO₄ acidic media. For the EDX and XPS datasets, each column contains the content of each element, and each row corresponds to the composition at a single measurement area with a certain index. In contrast, for the XRD dataset, the first column lists 2 theta values, while other columns contain the intensity for each mapped position. Additionally, a coordinates file is included, providing the x- and y- coordinates of each measurement area on the library (in mm).
