Effect of carcinogen exposure on gene expression of tumor-associated macrophages

To investigate the carcinogen exposure in the regulation of macrophages in the tumor microenvironment, we inoculated DMBA3-4 and DMSO3-1 cell lines in Rag1 knockout mice and collect TAMs cells. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of tumor-associated macrophages from DMBA3-4 and DMSO3-1 groups. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for TAMs from DMBA3-4 and DMSO3-1 groups .
