资源简介:
The 1: 50 000 Geological Map Database of the Weiyuanbu Map-sheet (K51E008018), Liaoning Province has been developed in accordance with the “Technical Requirement for Regional Geological Survey (1: 50 000)” (DD2019−01) and other industry-unified standards and requirements. This database has been curated by leveraging existing survey materials and employing the Digital Geological Survey System (DGSS) for the collection of foundational data. It has been crafted under the guidance of Earth System Science theory, with the innovative presentation of scientific outcomes as its expressive medium. The database is formatted in DGSSDB and serves as the accompanying data file for the Weiyuanbu Map-sheet. It encompasses 5 sedimentary (volcanic) stratigraphic units, 16 metamorphic rock lithostratigraphic units, and 10 magmatic events, along with zircon U-Pb dating data for 27 samples, totaling 328.0 MB of data. The database includes 555 pieces of geological polygon data, 1 445 geological boundaries, 274 attitudes, 1 337 video recordings (photos), and 1 264 samples. Through the construction of this database, the activity time limit of the ductile shear zone along the western margin of the Weiyuanbu graben has been determined to be 164-162 megaannus (Ma); a newly delineated Middle Proterozoic Nanchengzi terrane has been identified, which may be related to the breakup of the Columbia Supercontinent; a newly recognized Late Ordovician TTG rock series has been identified, confirming that the region’s tectonic location affiliation with the eastern segment of the North China Craton’s northern margin, possibly an eastern extension of the Bainaimiao Arc. The spatial database comprehensively records the foundational data of the survey work, systematically articulating new findings and insights from this survey. The data is accurate, detailed, and rich in information, offering convenient and rapid data retrieval capabilities. As such, it can provide foundational geological data support for national spatial planning, mineral exploration, ecological civilization construction, and fundamental geological research.
