This dataset contains processed, individual-level data used to examine intra-annual variation in field metabolic rate of Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua). It integrates physiological measurements derived from otolith stable isotopes with dietary, morphological, and life-history information collected across an annual cycle. The dataset is intended to support analyses of seasonal energy use, feeding-related metabolic costs, and physiological constraints under natural conditions, and represents the final data used in all statistical analyses and figures.
