The objective of this cross-sectional study was to estimate the validity of laboratory culture, Petrifilm and Tri-Plate on-farm culture systems, luminometry, vaginal discharge, and esterase tests to correctly identify uterine infection (UI) in dairy cows, considering all tests as imperfect. This dataset includes the anonymized data and the R code used.
