Whole Exome Sequencing of breast tumors in a BRCA1 deficient mouse model. Mus musculus

This study utilised the MMTV-cre BRCA1 fl/fl P53 +/- mouse model system to investigate the immune microenvironment and immunotherapy in triple negative breast cancer. Two BRCA1 fl/fl/P53 +/- tumours were grown in mice and harvested for whole exome sequencing, to provide estimates of mutation burden comparable to human tumours.
